A boutique firm established in New York City in 2008 by principal Sarah Vaile and headquartered in Chicago since 2010, the award-winning design firm revels in a fresh take on a classic aesthetic.

Sarah Vaile attended Parsons School of Design in New York City and trained under industry giant Celerie Kemble Interiors before opening her namesake firm.

Sarah Vaile Design was named “One to Watch” by the Merchandise Mart in 2014 and “Transitional Designer of the Year” in 2015 by Modern Luxury Magazine. The firm joined Inc 500’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies” list in 2015, and also participated in the prestigious Lake Forest Show House in 2015, 2017 and 2020.
